You can change the color and shape of any Component (Compartment, Species, and Reaction).
You can change the default setting for all Components or each individual Component.
To change the default setting for all Components
In the Menu, select Preference - Components Color & Shape.
Default Component Setting dialog will popup.
Select the target category from the panel.
Change the Size, Line width, Paint style, Color of the Component.
