What is Control Panel?

The Control Panel is designed to assist users in controlling the amounts and parameters of the Species and simulating from CellDesigner.

By calling SBML ODE Solver directly from CellDesigner, ControlPanel enables you to specify the details of parameters, change the amount, conduct parameter search, and perform an interactive simulation in an intuitive manner.
