To create Boolean Logic Gate

1. Select a Boolean Logic Gate And / Or / Not / Unknown icon from the Toolbar.
   
2. In the Draw Area, click a SpeciesAlias as a modifier (S3 in the figure below), click another (S4 in the figure below), and then click the process node (the square on the arrow) on the target Reaction.
   
3. See that the Boolean Logic Gate has been created.
