Delete a ReactionLink
ReactionLink = BaseLink + ReactantLink + ProductLink + ModificationLink
To delete a ReactionLink
- Select the target ReactionLink (BaseLink, ReactantLink, ProductLink, or ModificationLink)
- Press [Delete] or [Backspace] keys, or select Edit - Delete menu.
When the BaseLink is deleted:
- If there is any ModificationLink, ReactantLink or ProductLink connected to it, they will also be deleted simultaneously.
- In addition, its logical Reaction which corresponds to the BaseLink is also deleted. Thus that Reaction is eliminated from the <listOfReaction> list.
When the ModificationLink, ReactantLink or ProductLink is deleted,
- Only the corresponding ReactionLink will be deleted.
- There is no influence on the BaseLink.
