Change the Residue/Region Status (The Change identity of the species dialog)

If you are working on a Gene/RNA/Antisense RNA, replace the word "Protein" with "Gene/RNA/Antisense RNA" as you read through.

Residue/region status can be changed in the Change identity of the species dialog.

To create a residue

Create a Modification Residue/Region

To create a phosphorylated Protein residue

  1. Double click the target Protein to open the "Change Identification of the Species" dialog.
  2. Click the target residue in the preview box.
  3. Select to phosphorylated from the modification drop-down list.
