File Compatibilities
When you open a file created by lower versions of CellDesigner, CellDesigner 4.3 validates the file using libSBML consistency check utility.
When you open a file created by lower versions of CellDesigner
- Open a file created by lower versions of CellDesigner.
- If there are warnings or errors, libSBML Consistency Check dialog will appear. Read the message and click OK.
- File conversion needed dialog will open and ask you,
"The file seems to be created by lower version of CellDesigner.
Do you want to convert this model to work with the current version?"
- Click OK.
- Notice dialog may appear and inform you that Compartment's units attribute is automatically updated.
- Compartment's size attribute is undefined dialog may appear and ask you to set the value to '1.0'. Click Yes.
- The file is successfully converted.
