CellDesigner Help

CellDesigner automatically manages the attributes for the following three SBML components as they are required for the SBML basic contents:

• <species>
• <compartment>
• <reaction>

The other attributes of the SBML components, such as <functionDefinition>, <unit>, or <parameter>, you should go to the list window to edit by yourself.
