To simulate a model with COPASI
- Open the sample file “MAPK.xml”.
- On the Simulation menu, select COPASI GUI.
- The Copasi Time Course Simulation dialog will open.
- CellDesignerTM Startup Guide 57 Change Duration value to “1000”.
- Click Run.
- show the result.
