To hide all Tool bars:

1. In the Menu, select View, then Change Toolbar Visible, then Hide All

To show all Tool bars:

1. In the Menu, select View, then Change Toolbar Visible, then Show All
.

To hide some Tool bars:

1. In the Menu, select View, then Change Toolbar Visible.
2. Uncheck options you want to hide. ?¼?File | Edit | Alignment | Component | View | EditTool | ReactionSymbolCreator | Species | Reaction | Compartment | Layer | Macro)

Move a Tool bar:

1. Click-hold on the left side of a Tool bar , drag it anywhere, and drop it when its sides turn red.

2. The Tool bar is fixed at where you dropped it.

Note: If you release the mouse button while the sides of the Tool bar are not red, it will become another window.

3. To move the Tool bar back to the top area, click-hold on its left side and drop it anywhere on the top area.



4. The Tool bar will be joined at the end of the other Tool bars.

Show/hide the Compartment tool bar:

By default, the Compartment tool bar only contain Square/Oval tools which are frequently used.

1. To show all Compartent tools, click on the >> icon next to the Oval icon.



2. To retract, click on the << icon.
