To create Boolean Logic Gate:
- Select a Boolean Logic Gate And / Or / Not / Unknown icon from the tool bar.
- In the Draw area, click a SpeciesAlias as a modifier, click another, and then click the process node (the square on the arrow) on the target Reaction.
- See that the Boolean Logic Gate has been created.
