To delete that ReactionLink:
1. Select the target ReactionLink (either BaseLink or ModificationLink)
2. Press [Delete] or [Backspace] keys.
or
Select [Edit] - [Delete] menu.
When the BaseLink is deleted,
if there is any ModificationLink, ReactantLink or ProductLink connected to it, they are also deleted simultaneously.
In addition, its logical Reaction which corresponds to the BaseLink is also deleted. Thus that Reaction is eliminated from the <listOfReaction> list.
When the ModificationLink, ReactantLink or ProductLink is deleted,
just the corresponding ReactionLink is deleted individually. There is no influence onto the BaseLink.
