To insert multiple catalyses to a single state transition
- Below is an example of a state transition with two catalysts.
- To indicate the order of the process, move the connection point of Catalyst C close to the first Protein B.
- Create a new Protein D.
- Click a Modifier icon on the Reaction Toolbar, e.g. the Inhibition icon (
).
- Connect the Reaction line (ModificationLink) from Protein D to any of point on the process node.
- An inhibitor is added.
