Draw a ReactionLink
ReactionLink can be created by connecting the SpeciesAliases already arranged on a screen.
To draw a ReactionLink:
1. Select arbitrary ReactionLink icon from the tool bar.
2. Select the target SpeciesAlias to connect,
click them in order for the connection.
The ReactionLink will be added to a network figure.
The first target will be positioned on the Reactant side, then the latter one will become the Product side. The logic of the connection is the same when you connect more than three SpeciesAliases.
Once the ReactionLink is created on a screen, the Reaction which logically corresponds to it logically will also be created simultaneously, and will be added to the logic structure in a model.
You can check such logical Reactions in the "Reactions" list. As ReactionLink is not alias structure, one ReactionLink which exists on a screen becomes the substance of Reaction on <Reactions> as it is.
Note: By adding ModificationLink, Reactants, and Products which are connected from Modifier About Link, it becomes a part of Reaction of ReactionLink to connect.

Auto-adjustment by connected SpeciesAlias position change
When the connected SpeciesAlias is being moved, the ReactionLinks connected to it will be adjusted their position automatically. When the setting for the Connection Drawing is "Polyline", the last section of the ReactionLink will be affected. If the Connection Drawing is set to "orthogonal", the bend line position will be automatically adjusted.
