To create a Protein residue (The Change identity of the species dialog)

  1. Select a Protein.
  2. Do one of the followings:
    • In the List Area, click Proteins tab, select the Protein to which you want to add the residue, and click Edit button.
    • Click the right mouse button on the target Protein, then select Edit Protein menu.
  3. Protein dialog will pop-up.
  4. Click add... button, and the ModificationResidue/BindingRegion dialog will appear.
  5. In the ModificationResidue/BindingRegion dialog, modify the name, type, size, side, and angle, then click Close.
  6. You can check the added residue or binding region in the preview of the Protein dialog.
  7. Click Update to update the modification, then Close to close the dialog.
