CellDesigner 2.x only To set the path to SBW library:
When you install CellDesigner 2.0, the installer prompts to set the path to SBW's core library, "SBWCore.jar". Specify the path accordingly. CellDesigner call SBW as daemon and connection is established.
To register with SBW:
1. Open a file
2. Select [SBW] then select [Register with SBW]
To call other SBW modules:
1. Open a file
2. Select [SBW]
The service menus offered from SBW under connection are enumerated here.
3. Select the appropriate menu.
Please refer to the document by the side of SBW about the function of each menu.

If SBW menu is not evoked, this means SBW has not been installed successfully.
Please follow the instruction below to download and install SBW.
To download and install SBW:
1. Access http://www.sbw-sbml.org and download the SBW.
To install SBW-enabled software:
Follow installation instructions therein and/or attached to the software.
- Launch CellDesigner
- Select [SBW] -> [Register with SBW]
- Launch JDesigner
- Select [SBW] -> [Register with SBW]
- Launch Jarnac.
- Select [SBW] -> [Register with SBW]
- Select Windows [Start Menu] -> [Systems Biology Workbench] ->[Utilities] -> [Register New Simulator]
- Exit CellDesigner
- Exit JDesigner
- Exit Jarnac
- Press Windows [Start Menu] -> [Systems Biology Workbench] ->[Utilities] -> [Broker Stop]
- Launch CellDesigner and open an SBML file
- Select [SBW] -> [Simulation Service].
