To activate a protein:
1. Select a protein you want to activate,
2. Select [Component] menu, then select [Set Active].
or press [A] key as shortcut.
An "activated" state of a protein will be displayed encircled by the dotted line.
Note: You can activate SpeciesAlias of "Protein" or heterodimer including proteins only.
To inactivate a protein:
1. Select a protein you want to inactivate,
2. Select [Component] menu, then select [Set Inactive].
or press [A] key as shortcut.
Note: Active/Inactive setting is stored in each SpeciesAlias, not Species in general.
