CellDesigner manages the following three attributes; <Species>, <Compartments> and <Reaction> automatically, as they are required as the SBML basic contents.
The other attributes of the SBML components, such as <Functions>, <Unites>, <Parameters>, you should go to the list window to edit by yourself.
