To change the shape of CompartmentAlias:
The shape of the CompartmentAlias can be changed either Square or Round shape.
1. Select the target CompartmentAlias.
2. Select [Component], then [Change to Oval] or [Change to Square]
Since CellDesigner identify the Compartment only by its name, the shape change does not affect the logic structure of a model.
That is, the CompartmentAlias remain the same even though the shape is being changed.
However, when the Compartment shape change affects the position relation with other components, the inclusive relation in a model is re-established.
Note: Partial close-up types cannot be changed once drawn. It is because the inclusive relation on a screen changes too much if a type is changed.
If you want to change a shape, delete it, then redraw anew.
