To select a CompartmentAlias:
1. Select the arrow icon from the tool bar.
Note: * We call the status when the arrow icon is selected as " the select / move mode".
2. Click the target CompartmentAlias.
The CompartmentAlias selected is displayed in red on the screen.
When the CompartmentAlias has some SpeciesAliases or CompartmentAliases inside it, all the related components are also highlighted. This implies that the highlighted components are also affected by the editing of the CompartmentAlias.
To select multiple CompartmentAliases:
By click one by one:
Press [Shift] key while clicking the target CompartmentAliases.
You can add the targets SpeciesAliases as many as you like.
Caution: When you drag the mouse point and specify the area, you can select SpeciesAliases only.
Note: You cannot select the CompartmentAlias inside the selected CompartmentAlias.
For example, if c1 includes c2, you cannot select c1 and c2 simultaneously. This is to avoid the logical discrepancy as the c2 will be moved automatically along with c1 (c2 is already logically included in c1) When you try to select such CompartmentAliases, the selection will be switched to the one you select last.
To release a selected CompartmentAlias:
1. While the SpeciesAlias is being selected (highlighted in color),
Click on the target while pressing [Shift] key.
You can release the CompartmentAlias you click on only.
If you have selected multiple CompartmentAlias, the rest of the selected items remain as selected.
